Your role as Franchise Business Development Manager - 12 month FTC (South Suffolk Stevenage & Essex)

• Recruit the best: Develop and maintain a network to bring top talent into Greene King championing our franchise concept and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Partner for Success: Collaborate closely with our self-employed Partner Operators helping them craft and execute growth strategies within our Partnership framework

• Manage with Precision: Oversee Partner contractual obligations taking swift and decisive action when needed to ensure smooth operations
