Level 3 Nursery Practitioner Location: Ealing London Hours: 36 hours per week Salary: 23500 to 25000 per annum
We are recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a well-regarded early years setting in Ealing.
This is a great opportunity for a passionate early years professional to join a nursery that combines a warmhome-from-home environment with a strong focus on quality care play-based learning and child development. The setting promotes a supportive atmosphere where children are encouraged to play learn and grow with an inspiring and highly qualified team delivering engaging experiences every day. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting childrens learning development and wellbeing while working as part of a friendly and caring team. This role would suit someone who enjoys day-to-day nursery practice values strong parent partnerships and wants to work in a setting with a positive reputation and a stable team culture. The nursery publicly highlights learning guided by the EYFS regular learning journal updates for parents and all-inclusive extra-curricular activities.
Key responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS
Create a safe warm and stimulating environment for children
Support childrens learning development and wellbeing through engaging activities
Complete observations and contribute to planning and next steps
Build strong relationships with parents carers and colleagues
Promote safeguarding health and safety and best practice across the setting
Work collaboratively as part of the wider nursery team
Requirements:
Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
Previous nursery experience
Good understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Positive caring and proactive approach
Commitment to delivering high standards of childcare and education
