Job Title: Warehouse & Production Coordinator
Location: Stanmore London
Salary:(DOE)
Permanent / Full-Time

We are working with an established and growing supplier within the industrial and commercial sector supporting a wide range of clients across the UK. Due to continued growth they are looking to appoint a Warehouse & Production Coordinator to support their operations in Stanmore.

This is a varied hands-on role combining warehouse operations administration and production support. It will suit someone who is highly organised but also comfortable working on their feet and getting involved in day-to-day warehouse and production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining accurate stock records and inventory systems
• Processing customer orders deliveries and returns
• Coordinating incoming and outgoing goods including courier collections
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow
• Supporting stock checks and inventory audits
• Maintaining accurate documentation and administrative records

Warehouse & Production Duties:

• Picking packing and checking orders prior to dispatch
• Supporting stock control goods in/out and warehouse organisation
• Assisting with production tasks including cutting materials threading and counting products
• Supporting quality control processes
• Ensuring the warehouse is clean organised and compliant with health & safety standards

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience within a warehouse logistics or operational environment
• Comfortable in a hands-on role combining administration and physical tasks
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused approach
• Proactive reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

• Experience within a manufacturing or production environment
• Familiarity with stock control or warehouse management systems
• Experience coordinating courier or dispatch operations
