Job Summary
The Role
Teneo Financial Advisory are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our growing Quality & Risk Management (QRM) team in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of QRM reportingrequirementsand compliance calendar including initial requests for data etc
- Coordination of bulkprofessionalmembershiprenewals
- Coordination of annual review of policies oninternalPracticeManual
- Coordination of team newsletters to the business including some design and edit work
- Coordination of risk induction programmeto new joiners
- Coordination ofstaffCPDcomplianceand annual risk score compilation
- Management ofinternalPracticeManual
- First/initialreviewof gifts and entertainment requests.
Key Skills & Experience
- Highly organisedconfident working independentlywiththe ability to respond to queries quickly and efficiently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experienced user of excel word andpowerpoint
