As a Warehouse Manager you will oversee endtoend warehouse operations to support production schedules and customer commitments. You will lead and develop the warehouse team ensure inventory accuracy enforce safety standards and drive continuous improvement across people processes and systems.
As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for:
- Leading daily warehouse operations including receiving putaway picking packing shipping and material staging
- Ensuring accurate inventory through cycle counts discrepancy rootcause analysis and corrective actions
- Coordinating timely material flow to manufacturing lines to support production schedules and prevent shortages
- Managing developing and engaging warehouse personnel through training scheduling and performance management
- Enforcing health safety and compliance standards while maintaining equipment and safe working practices
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimise layout workflow and productivity while reducing waste
- Managing ERP/WMS transactions documentation and auditready records for warehouse operations
- Coordinating inbound and outbound logistics working with carriers to resolve delivery and shipment issues

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have relevant experience managing warehouse or manufacturing operations in a fastpaced environment
- Have strong leadership and teammanagement capability
- Have proven experience with ERP systems and inventory control processes
- Have knowledge of lean continuous improvement or operational excellence principles
- Have a solid understanding of health safety and compliance requirements
- Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive operational decisions
- Have clear written and verbal communication skills and a problemsolving mindset
- Have forklift certification or the ability to obtain it
Work in a way that works for you
This role follows a structured onsite working pattern of 37.5 hours per week Monday to Thursday 07:3016:00 and Friday 07:3013:00 supporting effective collaboration and operational delivery.
