About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Sales Finance Team (MedTech Surgery Brazil). This role will play a key part in driving financial performance supporting strategic decision-making across channels and strengthening analytics governance and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze sell-in sell-out and inventory performance identifying trends risks opportunities and business drivers.

• Monitor monthly sell-in results backlog evolution and transitions between direct and indirect channels ensuring accuracy visibility and governance.

• Support SAM and SDM teams with insights and actions aimed at improving profitability mix optimization and channel performance.

• Conduct financial analysis by channel (SAM Indirect Other Private) influencing decisions through data-driven insights.

• Support Accounts Receivable DSO tracking and cash flow management contributing to Free Cash Flow commitments.

• Contribute to analysis and understanding of tax reform impacts and tax planning initiatives.

• Support the MT Operating Model Evolution (BU-led end-to-end operating model) & Orthopaedics Business Continue while going through the separation process

• Support process improvements data standardization and system enhancement projects including SigniFi and LATAM SAP Upgrade.

• Strengthen governance and quality of financial reporting tools such as Sales Navigator Account P&L and SAM One Pager.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning collaboration inclusion and open communication across the team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration Engineering or related fields.

• Strong experience in FP&A Business Finance or analytical roles.

• Advanced analytical skills and financial storytelling capability.

• Advanced Excel; experience with SAP.

• Ability to influence stakeholders across different levels and functions.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sell-in/sell-out analysis channel management and inventory analytics.

• Knowledge of AR management DSO profitability analytics and financial forecasting.

• Experience with Power BI automation or data visualization tools.

• Background in MedTech Healthcare or similar industries.
