Position Description:
Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP EWM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and overall SAP functional experience. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations and a deep understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
Configure and support SAP EWM solutions aligned with business needs.
Participate in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA EWM implementation.
Work on core EWM processes including:
Inbound and outbound processing
Physical inventory
Replenishment
EWM-QM and EWM-PP integration
Support and enhance warehouse operations using RF transactions PPF and EWM Fiori applications.
Collaborate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure successful validation of business scenarios.
Lead/support cutover activities and data migration tasks.
Provide end-user training and post go-live hypercare support.
Troubleshoot and resolve business issues within defined SLAs.
Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams for seamless integration.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
10 years of overall SAP functional experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP EWM experience.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA EWM implementations (at least one full lifecycle).
Solid understanding of warehouse and inventory management processes.
Experience with:
PPF (Post Processing Framework)
RF Framework
EWM Fiori Apps
Knowledge of EWM integration with QM and PP modules.
Experience in UAT cutover and data migration activities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with SAP MFS (Material Flow System) or automated warehouse systems.
Exposure to Kanban processes in EWM.
Industry experience in Automotive or similar sectors.
Broad SAP integration knowledge across modules.
Soft Skills

Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
