Job Title: QA Engineer

Location: Remote India

Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

The QA Engineer will be responsible for validating the quality correctness and auditability of IAM platform components delivered as part of Project. This role focuses primarily on backend validation with some frontend testing and supports either manual testing automated testing or a combination of both.

Key Responsibilities:

Validate backend services workflows and data processing logic supporting identity lifecycle events and provisioning orchestration.

Design and execute test scenarios to confirm deterministic behavior auditability and alignment with defined acceptance criteria.

Validate integrations with Snowflake ensuring data integrity historical tracking and reproducibility of identity events.

Test Azure-hosted services and workflows including error handling retries and idempotency behaviors.

Validate frontend components (React) where applicable with emphasis on backend-driven functionality.

Collaborate with Software Engineers Architects and Delivery to identify defects risks and gaps early.

Produce and maintain test evidence required for audit and compliance validation.

Required Skills & Experience :

Experience testing backend or platform-oriented systems

Experience validating data pipelines or data-driven systems (Snowflake experience preferred)

Familiarity with testing services deployed in Azure

Experience with manual testing automated testing or both

IAM domain experience is strongly preferred

Ability to validate both backend functionality and limited frontend behavior with primary focus on backend systems
