The Global Commercial Manager will work closely with the Company Director to lead the global scale-up of a patent-protected nanotechnology platform for pavements anchored by organosilane-based chemistries that address one of the core failure mechanisms in pavement systems: water ingress and the resulting moisture-driven damage.
The business is at an inflection point: approximately $15 20M in current sales with established teams and market traction across North America India and Southern Africa and a rapidly growing team in Europe. The objective is to scale to $40M in the next five years through disciplined global commercialization.
Working with senior leadership the Global Commercial Manager will build and coordinate international sales and marketing channels grow key accounts and strategic partnerships and create robust trial-to-adoption playbooks that convert field validations into repeatable scalable commercial programs. The role will collaborate closely with a cross-functional team distributed across North America Europe Southern Africa and India ensuring tight alignment across regional execution technical support marketing enablement and operational delivery.
This is a high-ownership role suited to a commercially strong leader who can operate at the intersection of technical selling channel strategy and commercial operations-with a clear pathway to independent P&L leadership as the platform scales globally.
