Job Summary
Designation: Deputy Manager / Manager- Business Development & Sales
Location: India - Bangalore
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The following responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting customers objectives
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Keep records of sales revenue invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback to Management / Headquarters and make transparent MoMs after each customer visit
Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective customers
Participate in collaborative business meetings exhibitions expos to update key stakeholders
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Research and pursue opportunities for future business development

Qualification & Experience and Skill Requirements:
Minimum Graduate ( BE) preferably a MBA with minimum 7 to 10 years of work experience
Proven working experience as a business development manager sales executive or a relevant role
Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills
Experience in customer service marketing or a sales-related field
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
