Senior Marketing & Communications Manager (B2B/Technical)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase customer engagement build brand awareness through strategic marketing plans and execute advertising campaigns.
- Manage various marketing channels social media platforms and publications to effectively reach target audiences.
- Collaborate closely with design agencies and graphic designers to create compelling marketing tools.
- Liaise with designers and photographers to produce marketing materials for brochures sample boxes social media campaigns promotional videos and more.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies across digital social media print and event channels.
- Partner with the global marketing team to organize online marketing materials including online posts customer e-blasts and online campaign assets.
- Decide on the appropriate social media posts for different platforms.
- Organize customer survey questionnaires and feedback forms to understand client needs working with the global marketing team to conduct global surveys every two years.
- Participate in major trade shows and exhibitions to ensure brand presence and monitor competitor activities.
- Attend various trade shows and exhibitions within the pharma industry to stay informed about new industry trends reach new audiences market goods and share expertise.
- Conduct technical seminars and conferences for existing customers focusing on the companys future plans.
- Collaborate with sales and quality teams to organize customer training programs educating customers about product technicalities.
- Manage media relations and public relations activities.
- Craft compelling content for press releases articles newsletters and other communications.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual communication across all marketing efforts.
- Promote internal events by posting a monthly newsletter circulated to all employees locally and globally.
- Manage market research and support product management and business development teams.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Qualifications:
- 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in manufacturing with a strong focus on offline marketing is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of offline marketing brand promotion and vendor management.
- Proven experience successfully managing offline marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with international markets particularly in export-driven industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and deliver insights-driven strategies.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new marketing tools and techniques.
- Basic knowledge in branding & visual communication.
- Substantial experience in marketing communication for automotive or industrial applications with a focus on B2B and technical markets.
- Experience in analytics and performance measurement is preferred.
