Job Summary

Responsibilities and JD in brief along with additional criteria to be considered (if any):

Act as an L3 escalation point for complex issues across LAN routing Wi-Fi DHCP IPAM

and Cisco ISE.

Responsible for managing action plans and future requests including automation

initiatives.

Troubleshoot advanced LAN and routing solutions in campus and branch environments. Lead issue resolution involving wireless networks including controller configurations SSIDs and client access problems. Manage and fine-tune IPAM and DHCP configurations ensuring high availability and proper IP allocations. Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco ISE policies related to authentication profiling and posture assessment. Use Splunk to correlate network events analyze logs and support root cause analysis. Collaborate with architecture security and operations teams on network projects and upgrades. Provide guidance and technical leadership to L1.5/L2 support teams. Document solutions create and maintain SOPs and contribute to knowledge base development.
