Service Delivery & Customer Satisfaction

Ensure timely installation and servicing as per FVT & CVT norms

Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively

Monitor service quality and improve response time
-
Drive high Customer Satisfaction (CSI scores)
ASP & Dealer Management
-
Manage Authorised Service Providers (ASP) for smooth service delivery
-
Coordinate with Wholesale Dealers (WD) for end-customer service
-
Monitor dealer service activities for consistent customer experience
-
Ensure availability of resources and infrastructure with partners
Revenue & Working Capital Management
-
Achieve service revenue targets through planned activities
-
Track and manage outstanding payments as per norms
-
Ensure optimal utilization of resources
Training & IT Systems
-
Train ASP/WD technicians on new products and service processes
-
Conduct Tool Box Talks and on-field training sessions
-
Ensure effective usage of IT systems and digital tools
-
Provide feedback on product performance and issues
Warehouse & Inventory Management
-
Manage categorisation and conversion of products to Finished Goods (FG)
-
Ensure timely repair of defective stock (D3/DF3)
-
Monitor spare parts inventory and maintain optimum stock levels
-
Ensure compliance with statutory and company norms
