Property Scouting & Acquisition: Identify and secure premium high-footfall locations for new showrooms.
Negotiation & Leasing: Lead negotiations with landlords and developers to secure favorable commercial agreements.
Market Analysis & Documentation: Conduct research on demographics and competition while managing legal documentation and compliance.
