Job Summary
Installed Base CRM Foundation Inventory/Spares Management
Order Management Purchasing Oracle Pricing Salesforce and ServiceMax Integrations
1) Monitor Informatica Cloud Services and Support Emails
2) Review Informatica Cloud error files and notify ServiceMax team for any Salesforce related errors Eg. Apex Trigger Errors SOQL Limits
3) Work with MWA to Informatica Clould Secure Agent issues
4) Technical Design Documentation EDMS Uploads and Approvals
6) ServiceMax and Salesforce Integration Enhancements involving Oracle EBS/CRM and Informatica Cloud
7) Installed Base and CRM Foundation enhancements
8) Debug integration Issues and work with SOA dev team as needed
9) Oracle PLSQL Oracle forms and Reports Oracle Workflow OAF development enhancements
10) Support Oracle EBS and CRM Business Analysts.
