Job Summary
Must have Skills:
- Mandatory experience with ITSM ServiceNow tool incident mgmt. and problem mgmt. Onsite Technical support L1 Helpdesk support (Ticket classification triaging and escalation) for the deployed systems.
- Managed services experience for Digital Content Management day-to-day system operation handling - User configuration and user management Content upload and configuration reporting etc.
- Experience with digital signage and DOOH platforms. Display screens DvLED/ LED LCD screens DMP (Digital Media Players)
- Candidate should understand TCP/IP Active Directory NTP DNS and DHCP configuration. He needs to have experience in network configuration setup and troubleshooting.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting web applications built using Core Java.
- Coordination with L2 support teams across IT teams Partners OEM etc. for active resolution of incidents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good to have Skills:
- Understanding of video technologies: codecs streaming encoding/decoding and familiarity with set-top box devices.
- working experience on virtualization platforms like VMWare or Hyper-V.
- Proficient in Linux commands and capable of creating bash scripts.
- Operation & Maintenance: Preventive maintenance System software health check Performance tuning Patch updates and Software upgrades as per maintenance window.
