Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Tamil along with a professional phone etiquette and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
- Maintain excellent communication with customers in English and Tamil
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates
- Adhere to assigned work schedules including login hours and break timings
- Maintain punctuality and discipline in daily operations
Work Timings - Total Login Hours: 10 hours/day
- Production Hours: 9 hours/day
- Must adhere strictly to break schedules
- From 8Am - 9pm ( 9 Hrs Shift )
Eligibility Criteria - HSC/ Any Graduate in any discipline
- Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional phone handling skills
Work Schedule - 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational weekly offs
Interview Process - HR Round
- Operations Round
