Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Support Executive. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in English and Tamil along with a professional phone etiquette and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries effectively
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers in English and Tamil
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
  • Stay updated with process knowledge and daily updates
  • Adhere to assigned work schedules including login hours and break timings
  • Maintain punctuality and discipline in daily operations
Work Timings
  • Total Login Hours: 10 hours/day
  • Production Hours: 9 hours/day
  • Must adhere strictly to break schedules
  • From 8Am - 9pm ( 9 Hrs Shift )
Eligibility Criteria
  • HSC/ Any Graduate in any discipline
  • Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exceptional phone handling skills
Work Schedule
  • 5 working days per week
  • 2 rotational weekly offs
