Role Overview
The Gemini & IndustryStandard LLM Specialist will design build and operationalize LLMpowered solutions for
Service Desk and Digital Workplace Services with strong expertise in Google AI Studio (Gemini AI Cloud Studio) and
the broader Google AI stack (Gemini API Vertex AI) along with exposure to other enterprise LLM platforms.
This role focuses on delivering productionready AI assistants and agents that improve selfservice ticket deflection
faster resolution and agent productivity with strong emphasis on grounding guardrails security and measurable
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy LLMbased assistants/agents for Service Desk & DWS use cases: knowledge search
guided troubleshooting incident/request summarization intent classification routing and resolution
orchestration.
Develop solutions using Gemini models via Google AI Studio and Vertex AI including prompt workflows
evaluation and deployment patterns.
Implement agentic workflows (multistep plans tool execution) using Gemini capabilities and enterprise
integrations (ITSM/knowledge/identity).
Design and implement RAGbased grounding from enterprise knowledge sources (KB articles SOPs past
tickets) to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
Integrate solutions with enterprise systems using APIs/connectors (e.g. ITSM platforms collaboration
tools identity) and operationalize them with monitoring and feedback loops.
Support presales & solutioning: discovery workshops architecture demo builds effort estimation and
value case articulation for Service Desk modernization.
Required Experience & Skills
Strong handson experience building GenAI/LLM solutions for IT Operations / Service Desk / Digital
Workplace.
Proficiency with Google AI Studio for prototyping and prompt-to-production workflows and with the
Gemini API for solution development.
Experience with Vertex AI patterns for deploying and scaling Gemini-powered solutions (model access via
APIs and workflow integration).
Internal - General
Use
Strong understanding of prompt engineering evaluation strategies response safety and grounding
approaches.
Experience building tool-using agents (function/tool calling API orchestration workflow automation).
Solid software engineering skills (Python/JavaScript preferred) REST APIs authentication and enterprise
integration patterns.
Strong stakeholder management documentation and delivery execution skills.
Preferred / NicetoHave Skills
Experience with Gemini Enterprise agents and centralized agent governance concepts (agent creation
registration and oversight).
Exposure to agent types and integration surfaces such as Agent Designer / ADK agents hosted on Vertex
AI A2A or Dialogflow agent registration concepts.
Familiarity with Google Workspace Studio for nocode AI agents in workplace workflows.
Multiplatform LLM exposure (e.g. Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / Anthropic) for vendorneutral solutioning
(nicetohave).
Experience with enterprise governance and operational readiness: access controls auditability
evaluation and continuous improvement loops.
