Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities:

EY GDS is seeking an experienced SAP Concur Senior Consultant with strong functional and technical expertise in SAP Concur solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands on experience in end to end implementations advanced configuration ICS integration and Cognos reporting. The role requires the ability to independently gather client requirements design scalable T&E solutions and deliver high quality implementations aligned with best practices.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end to end implementation activities including design configuration testing integration deployment and production support.
• Implement Concur Expense and Request modules with ICS integration to SAP S/4HANA.
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into scalable functional solution designs.
• Design build configure and validate applications based on business requirements.
• Work on integration points middleware and ICS configurations related to Concur solutions.
• Lead discussions with relevant stakeholders and client related to system design integration architecture interface design and development.
• Build and optimize Cognos reports as per business needs.
• Create and execute test plans conduct Unit testing SIT and support UAT cycle.
• Conduct project kick-off requirement gathering and detailed design workshops design discussions and technical review sessions with client teams.
• Manage deliverables timelines and milestones ensuring seamless project execution.
• Provide hypercare support post go live and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Good to have experience with Concur Travel Detect Invoice and App Center integrations.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to support development and unit testing activities.

Skills and attributes for success

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelors degree: BE / BTech / MCA / MBA / B. Com / equivalent.
• 3 7 years of experience in SAP Concur.
• SAP Concur CIP certification Mandatory.

Eligibility Criteria

• Strong experience in SAP Concur Implementation (Expense & Request) advanced configuration and integration.
• Hands on experience with ICS integration between SAP Concur and SAP S/4HANA / ECC.
• Proficiency in creating custom reports using Cognos Reporting.
• Knowledge of SAP Concur Travel and Invoice modules (preferred).
• Experience in at least two end-to-end SAP Concur Implementations.
• Excellent communication presentation analytical and troubleshooting skills.
