Key Responsibilities
* Identify and research potential new business opportunities including new markets growth areas partnerships and clients.
* Generate and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline through prospecting networking and strategic outreach.
* Develop and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Understand client needs and requirements to prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
* Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing and technical departments to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
* Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends market activities and competitor analysis to inform business strategy.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Proven experience in a business development sales or a similar client-facing role.
* Experience within the technology software or IT services industry is highly desirable.
* Exceptional communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively.
* A self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* A Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
