Role Summary
The Product Design Apprentice willparticipatein a structuredone yearapprenticeship program governed by the Apprentices Act. The apprentice will receivehands-onon-the-jobtraining while supporting product and design teams buildingAI poweredsolutions forservice-orienteddomains such as call centers field service and customer support operations.
This role is designed to develop early career talent and create a potential pipeline for future employment based on performance and business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support product and design teams withexecution focusedtasks
Assistin creating UX/UI artifacts for service andsupport focusedapplications
Help document user journeys workflows and pain points in service call center or field service contexts
Participate in design reviews usability discussions and feedback sessions
Collaborate with product managers designers engineers and data teams
Learn and apply fundamentals of designing forAIassistedanddata drivenuser experiences
Required Qualifications
Graduate engineer (2025 or 2026passout)
Foundational understanding of product development UX/UI or software systems
Interest in enterprise software service operations or customer support workflows
Strong willingness to learn in a structuredon-the-jobtraining environment
Good communicationand collaboration skills
Preferred Skills & Exposure
Academic projects or internships related to:
Service management systems
Call center or customer support platforms
Field service or operations tools
Basic familiarity with AI concepts such as automation recommendations or decision support
Exposure to design tools (e.g. Figma Sketch or similar) is a plus
