Business Intelligence Analyst
Job Summary
Adobes Customer Solutions (ACS) organization wants a Business Intelligence Analyst to compose build and scale smart analytics solutions. These solutions offer actionable insights across our Customer Experience Orchestration business. This distinctive role gives you hands-on involvement in data engineering advanced analytics and AI/ML. You will deliver reliable reporting predictive insights and next-generation intelligence that improves customer adoption and value realization.
What Youll Do
- Own end-to-end development of advanced analytics dashboards and data products passionate about customer success metrics such as renewals adoption churn risk and value realization.
- Translate complex datasets into clear compelling narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leaders and partners across multiple functions.
- Compose build and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating large datasets across subscription services usage and customer health domains.
- Ensure data quality consistency and governance to support reliable enterprise-grade analytics and reporting.
- Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models to surface churn risk expansion signals and consumption health.
- Build executive-ready dashboards and reports using Power BI optimized for clarity performance and decision-making.
What Youll Need to Succeed
- Bachelors or graduate degree in Computer Science Data Science Business or a similar field.
- More than 3 years of direct experience in advanced analytics data science business intelligence or data engineering positions.
- Strong expertise in SQL Python Spark and cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP).
- Verified background in developing scalable data pipelines complex dashboards and high-level reporting for executives.
- Demonstrated track record of developing and deploying ML/AI models in production environments.
- Solid understanding of SaaS business models and Customer Success domains.
- Strong communication abilities with the capacity to clearly convey complex analysis to senior and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent at coordinating various initiatives and achieving results in dynamic settings.
