SSRS Developer
Location: PCS CHE Chennai
Years of Experience: 7-10 Years
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced SSRS Developer with over 7 years of expertise in designing developing and optimizing enterprise reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) advanced T-SQL and a solid understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex reports and dashboards using SSRS.
- Write and optimize advanced T-SQL queries stored procedures and views.
- Gather and analyze business requirements to create effective reporting solutions.
- Improve report performance through query tuning and efficient data handling.
- Deploy schedule and maintain reports on SSRS servers.
- Integrate reports with multiple data sources like SQL Server Excel and APIs.
- Troubleshoot issues provide production support and mentor junior developers.
- Implement role-based security and manage user access for reports.
Mandatory Skills:
- SSRS - Expert
- T-SQL / SQL Server - Expert
- Performance Tuning & Query Optimization - Advanced
- Data Warehousing Concepts (ETL Dimensional Modeling) - Advanced
- SSIS / Power BI / BI Tools - Advanced
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Java is a deal breaker.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
