Your work profile
- 5 years experience in ERM with frameworks like COSO/ISO
- Assist in the development and implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks for clients in line with leading practices
- Assist in the development of risk appetite statements and governance structures supporting the team in ensuring alignment with client objectives and regulatory expectations
- Help in the identification and assessment of enterprise risks providing support to ensure that the appropriate mitigation strategies are developed and implemented
- Assist the team in preparing client presentations
- Support client interactions by compiling data summarizing key findings and helping with the development of client-facing materials
Key skills required:
- Any Graduate/Postgraduate
- Demonstrates strong commitment to personal learning and development; acts as a brand ambassador to help attract top talent
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
