Job Responsibilities
Successfully implement sales strategies and achieve ambitious sales targets within the assigned district
Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction
Effectively manage day-to-day logistics and case planning ensuring flawless execution of surgical procedures
Collaborate with team members within the company to identify customer requirements and create customized solutions.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of market trends
Compete in the market by providing comprehensive product knowledge and technical expertise to healthcare professionals
Continuously analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies
Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals and prospective customers
Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities market trends and competitor analysis to the regional sales manager
Job Requirements
Proven track record of at least 5 years in a sales role preferably within the medical device industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with both internal and external team members
Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service with a focus on delivering flawless execution.
Motivated and determined with a strong desire to surpass sales targets and pursue personal and professional development
Skilled in using digital tools and platforms to improve sales and customer engagement
Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field or equivalent experience will be considered.
