Job Purpose:To serve as the creative and consultative face for the builders contractors & and leads generated via other mediums responsible for engaging with institutional customers understanding their specific requirements for kitchen and delivering personalized modular kitchen solutions. The designer combines design expertise with customer service and sales acumen to create compelling kitchen experiences that inspire desire and drive conversions. From initial interaction to final deal closure the designer leads the customer journey while also guiding backend teams on design trends and execution feasibility the designer is also responsible to build design SOP staring from measurement of the site to an immersive 3D experience work closely with creative digital agency to curate world class digital experience for builders contractors and other institutional clients prospects

Understand customer preferences and aspirations to pitch the modular kitchen offerings effectively
Create a sense ofdelight and desireby showcasing the aesthetic and functional value of the kitchen solutions.
Conduct live product demonstrations and walkthrough digitally
2. Requirement Gathering & Consultation
Conduct detailed discussions with customers to capture their kitchen requirements including:
Layout
Storage needs
Appliance integration
Hardware preference
Color and finish choices
Budget constraints
Document all requirements accurately for design and execution
Build and document clear delighters region wise demography wise socio-economic category wise and include it as design feature in further product line development
3. Design & Visualization
Translate customer requirements into tailored modular kitchen designs.
Create 2D layouts and 3D renderings using design software.
Provideinteractive walkthroughsto help customers visualize their kitchen.
Iterate designs based on customer feedback to ensure satisfaction.
4. Sales enablement & Client guidance
Present design proposals with clarity and confidence.
Address customer queries and concerns with empathy and expertise.
Guide customers through the decision-making process ensuring alignment with their needs and budget.
Lead the process from initial consultation to deal closure.
6. Coordination with Backend & Fabrication Teams
Share finalized designs and specifications with the backend team for production.
Ensure design feasibility and alignment with manufacturing capabilities.
Provide insights into the latest trends hardware and innovationsto the backend team to enhance product offerings.
Act as a bridge between customer expectations and production realities.
7. Post-Sale Support & Feedback
Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction.
Collect feedback to improve future designs and customer experience.
Address any post-sale concerns in coordination with service teams.
