Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant Sailpoint Developer!

In this role you will be responsible for implementing onboarding and supporting applications in SailPoint. You will work closely with the full systems development life cycle (SDLC) complying with development and Banking Client process standards. Debugging issues producing technical and business support documentation and applying enhancements to SailPoint applications are key responsibilities. Additionally you will plan execute and manage your own tasks and responsibilities develop and customize solutions to meet Banking Clients IAM requirements and provide regular status updates. Strong expertise in core Java development good communication skills and the ability to work with a geographically distributed team are essential.

Responsibilities

Implement and onboard applications in SailPoint ensuring compliance with development and process standards.

Support the full SDLC including concept requirements design development testing release and production support.

Debug issues and ensure the system functions as expected reducing orphan account counts.

Produce and maintain technical and business support documentation.

Apply enhancements to SailPoint applications and suggest scalable approaches and improvements.

Plan execute and manage tasks and responsibilities independently.

Develop and customize solutions to meet Banking Clients IAM requirements.

Understand the business supported by the application.

Provide regular and proactive status updates.

Identify and escalate risks that may impact the application or project.

Demonstrate self-motivation proactivity and a drive to succeed.

Display an excellent client service attitude.

Utilize expertise in core Java development.

Communicate effectively with a geographically distributed team.

Analyze functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.

Openly suggest scalable approaches and call out inefficiencies.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Strong experience as a SailPoint Specialist with expertise in implementing and supporting SailPoint applications.

Proficiency in the full SDLC including concept requirements design development testing release and production support.

Knowledge of IAM concepts and experience working with IAM solutions.

Expertise in core Java development.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a geographically distributed team.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Familiarity with Agile methodology in the SDLC.

Understanding of banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Ability to analyze functional requirements and translate them into solution designs.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and escalate risks.

Self-motivation proactivity and a drive to succeed.

Excellent client service attitude and ability to work effectively with stakeholders.

Knowledge of scalable approaches and the ability to identify and address inefficiencies in systems.

Experience with other IAM technologies and frameworks.
