Job DescriptionResponsible for Fuel injection and Diesel system componentsApply mechanical engineering skills and leading the technical topicsproduct development in the development phase (From Acquisition until SOP)Define and follow-up of project targets (schedule cost and function) & ensure the Project meets the Goals and metrics set for the yearAble to apply Diesel system process and follow PEP with standards and procedures in determining the initial feasibility of an awarded with cross-functional and multi-national core team comprising of Engineering Quality Manufacturing Product Management and Logistics team across BOSCH India to apply mechanical engineering knowledge in TCDSpecs and Offer the Project/Product requirements by interacting with PjM/ technical customer requirement analysis in fuel injection system TCD product description creations for fuel injection system components offer drawing creation and coordination with design and plant for technical evaluation of fuel injection system w.r.t requirement changes and customer projects through Mechanical QG milestones(MQGC) with adherence to PS-PEP processPlanning and monitoring of deadlines/Time schedule Skills required:Knowledge of fuel injection system components with mechanical backgroundProject Management ProcessesTools know how on BOM offer drawing Project Management (e.g.: MPP) Requirement Management tools (e.g.: DOORS) Management of cost & resources (MCR) Quality tool (One-Q) Super OPL failure mechanism approach of mechanical components problem solving (8D & CAR) would be good to -motivated and result seeking professionalGood analytical skills commercial acumen presentation & entrepreneurial mindsetAble to think and quickly respond in critical situationsWorking in cross functional teamAble to work in challenging timeline and budgetAble to initiate involve and contribute to technical discussionsWork Location: Chennai
