Job Summary
Sales and project management - group lead
The position has potential to grow to SL1 and hence candidates with TP1 nomination preferred.
The purpose of this position is to define/ execute customer strategy of GCTs incl acquisition oversee the overall
program management there by contributing to the Long term Profitable growth of business w/ defined customer
account/s.

Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical /Automobile/ Industrial Production Electrical
Electronics or equivalent)
- MBA in marketing/ Operations/ International Business ( Desirable )
Additional Information :
- Approx. 10 years of experience in B2B Sales to Indian Automotive OEMs (Technical Sales Marketing Product
Management)
- 3 Year experience in Program Management (desirable)
- Experience in automotive/ auto ancillary
- Proficient knowledge in Automotive Industry Landscape powertrain technologies and Bosch
product/ service offerings
- Basic Business/Commercial acumen
- Proficient in Account Management and expert in Program Management.
