Lead Business Analyst 
Location: Noida
Experience: 8 - 11 years
Education: B.E./ ./ MCA

Must Have Skills :

1. 8 to 11 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst )
2. Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and product discovery techniques (e.g. requirements gathering use case analysis estimation techniques)
3. Proven ability to elicit analyze document and validate business requirements
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between business and application development team.
5. Experience creating clear and concise documentation including business requirements documents functional specifications and process flows
6. Experience using requirements management tools (e.g. SpiraTest Jira)
7. Proficiency in using SQL for querying databases and creating test data.
8. Manage create and execute functional test plans and ensure proper documentation of test results.

Good to have Skills and Competencies:

1. Experience in the Retail domain (Preferably Supply Chain Management)
2. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum/Kanban development environment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create function specifications and capture business requirements
2. Ensuring seamless communication between clients business users and the application development team
3. Collaborate on functional design addressing feasibility user experience and technical constraints.
4. Flexibility to adapt to project needs ready to switch between BA lead and test lead roles as required by the project.
5. Provide functional support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.
