Direct Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Implement and manage Dynatrace monitoring solutions to ensure high availability and performance of applications and infrastructure.
Analyze performance metrics and identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the system.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve system performance and user experience
Configure Dynatrace to meet the specific needs of our applications and infrastructure.
Develop custom dashboards reports and alerts to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
Integrate Dynatrace with other tools and systems for a holistic monitoring approach.
Provide training and support to team members on using Dynatrace effectively.
Create and maintain documentation for monitoring strategies processes and best practices.
Stay updated with the latest Dynatrace features and best practices.
Continuously improve monitoring strategies and tools to enhance system performance and reliability.
Contributing Responsibilities
Detect diagnose and resolve performance issues using Dynatrace tools.
Collaborate with development operations and support teams to address and mitigate incidents.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to avoid future issues
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
Proven experience as a Dynatrace Expert or in a similar role.
Strong background in application performance management (APM) and infrastructure monitoring.
Strong background in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration.
Proficiency in Dynatrace tools and solutions.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes OpenShift).
Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python Bash) and automation tools (e.g. Ansible).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Specific Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in IT landscape.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Dynatrace.
Skills Referential (Required knowledge skills and abilities)
Technical Skills:
Proven experience as a Dynatrace Expert or in a similar roleSkill 2
Strong background in application performance management (APM) and infrastructure monitoring.
Strong background in Linux/Unix/Windows Administration.
Dynatrace Certified Associate or Professional certification is highly desirable
Behavioral Skills:
