Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP Concur Consultant to implement configure and support Concur solutions for travel and expense management. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to streamline processes and ensure efficient expense management systems
Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP Concur (Expense Travel Invoice) modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Customize workflows policies and approval processes in Concur.
Integrate SAP Concur with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA or other third-party systems.
Provide end-user training and support.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Concur applications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support system upgrades enhancements and testing activities
Must-Have Skills:
Role is primarily L2/L3 support functional (ticket resolution configuration enhancements)
Must have worked on 2 end-to-end Concur implementations
Should be comfortable handling production issues independently
Good understanding of integration with SAP ECC / SAP S/4HANA (finance flows)
Exposure to ITIL processes (incident/change management) is expected

Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP FI module integration.
Knowledge of APIs middleware and integration tools.
SAP Concur certification.
Exposure to global travel and expense policies and compliance standards.
Experience in handling multi-country/multi-currency implementations.
Familiarity with reporting tools and analytics in Concur.
Experience in data migration and system upgrades.
Understanding of audit compliance and risk controls.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
