Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist who can lead manage and scale paid campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and lead generation. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in performance marketing advanced optimization techniques and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan execute and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns (Search Display YouTube Shopping)
• Develop advanced bidding strategies and scaling techniques to maximize ROI
• Conduct in-depth keyword research competitor analysis and audience targeting
• Implement and manage conversion tracking Google Tag Manager and GA4
• Optimize campaigns for CPA ROAS and conversion rates
• Lead A/B testing strategies for ads landing pages and funnels
• Manage and allocate large budgets efficiently across campaigns
• Create detailed performance reports dashboards and insights
• Identify growth opportunities and recommend new campaign strategies
• Stay updated with Google Ads algorithm changes and industry trends

Required Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads (Search Display Video Shopping)
• Expertise in performance marketing & ROI-driven campaigns
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) Tag Manager conversion tracking
• Experience with remarketing audience segmentation and funnel optimization
• Proficiency in tools like SEMrush Ahrefs Google Keyword Planner
• Strong analytical reporting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
