We help businesses primarily real estate developers promoters and agents meet their regulatory obligations through end-to-end services including registration filings legal documentation and dispute resolution.
Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our Kochi team. This is a field-based role where you will be meeting clients directly building relationships and converting prospects into long-term business partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients in the field real estate developers builders promoters and agents
- Pitch and explain our compliance and advisory services
- Generate leads through field visits referrals and networking
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Follow up consistently to close deals and achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
- Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM regularly
Requirements
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in field sales or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
- Knowledge of the local Kochi market is an advantage
- Malayalam proficiency preferred
- Real estate or compliance background is a plus not mandatory
