Job Title: Cloud Automation Development Specialist

Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

Job Description:

Skills Required:

. Strong expertise in Automation Development using Python;
. Experienced in any cloud
. Hands on experience in AZURE ARC
. Strong Linux hands on;
. Good to have some Kubernetes experience
. Strong Programming skills in developing Cloud Automation;
. Understanding of AI agents and automation would be useful
. Good to have some experience in the Ansible/Terraform
. Coordinate with key stakeholders
. Generate reports on availability feature updates and patches
. End User onboarding support
. Documentation in sharepoint and confluence

Scope of work & Deliverables:

. Design and implement automation for cloud security tools
. Automate tools deployment scaling patching configuration and recovery processes which include the tools maintenance
. Build reusable Python-based automation modules & frameworks.
. Integrate automation with cloud-native services and APIs.
. Develop automated remediation and self-healing workflows
. Integrate automation with the security platform

Job Description

. Complete necessary trainings as necessary when required
. Maintain the mandated security requirements and maintain confidentiality for the data & product architecture
. Manage Jira/SNOW tickets for each activity under RUN/TRANSFORM/INNOVATE categories
. Complete the planned activities as per the agreed timelines and any delay is reported with the mitigation plan for execution
. Performance maintenance activities such as upgrades/patching vulnerabilities remediation regularly
. Outage support and troubleshooting during business hours but also support outside business hours in case of emergency support
. Maintain availability of tools at 99.9%
. Follow change management for upgrade and maintenance


Hybrid working in client office as per the client business hours policy
Support in non-business hours and weekend in case of tools outage or emergency troubleshooting
Support in non-business hours and weekend for maintenance window with a compensatory hours

Behavioural Competencies :
Proven experience of delivering process efficiencies and improvements
Clear and fluent English (both verbal and written)
Ability to build and maintain efficient working relationships with remote teams
Demonstrate ability to take ownership of and accountability for relevant products and services
Ability to plan prioritize and complete your own work whilst remaining a team player
Willingness to engage with and work in other technologies
