Job Description Front Office Executive
Job Summary:
Manage the schools front desk operations greet visitors handle calls and emails provide administrative support and ensure smooth communication between parents students and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors parents and students.
- Manage incoming calls emails and inquiries.
- Maintain visitor records and front office documentation.
- Support admissions and administrative processes.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings.
- Handle correspondence courier and office records.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in any discipline.
- Relevant front office/reception experience preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office administration.
