Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin professional to manage HR operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HR processes employee lifecycle management and compliance ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR administration and operational activities
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding confirmations transfers and exit formalities
- Maintain and update employee records HR databases and documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth HR service delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Support payroll inputs attendance management and leave tracking
- Oversee vendor coordination related to HR services (if applicable)
- Assist in drafting HR policies SOPs and process improvements
- Handle employee queries and provide HR support as needed
- Prepare HR reports dashboards and MIS
Requirements
- 2-6years of experience in HR Administration / HR Operations
- Strong understanding of HR processes and labor law compliance
- Experience in handling HRMS tools and MS Office (Excel proficiency preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
