About the Role
This is a high-impact role working directly with the founders on revenue sales and growth initiatives. Youll be at the frontlines of driving business growth from generating leads to closing deals and shaping go-to-market strategy.
This is not a typical marketing role it is execution-heavy sales-driven and requires strong ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end sales: lead generation outreach demo closing
Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
Execute cold outreach (calls emails LinkedIn) at scale
Work closely with founders on sales strategy & GTM experiments
Identify and close partnership and business opportunities
Conduct product demos and client conversations
Track key revenue and conversion metrics
Gather customer insights to refine positioning and pitch
Own client onboarding and ensure smooth implementation
Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-sale
Build strong relationships to drive retention and repeat business
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Proactively solve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction
Gather feedback and work with product team to improve experience
Who Were Looking For
23 years of experience in sales business development or growth
Highly energetic proactive and execution-focused
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Comfortable with fast-paced ambiguous startup environments
