Responsibilities:

Data Analyst / Senior Associate Experience: 4-8 Years Location: Gurugram Type: Full Time Certifications: NA About the Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate - UI/UX Designer to join our team. As a Senior Associate you will play a pivotal role in designing user-centric interfaces and experiences ensuring seamless usability across our digital platforms. . Key Responsibilities: Develop and design innovative UI/UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and implement design strategies. Conduct user research and usability testing to refine designs and improve user experiences. Create wireframes prototypes and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas. Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends tools and techniques to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure all designs are responsive accessible and optimized for various devices and platforms. Required Skills: Experience Range: 4 to 7 years in UI/UX design or related fields. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in UI/UX design and user-centered design principles. Proficiency in design software such as Sketch Figma Adobe XD or similar tools. Excellent understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative hybrid work environment.
