Job Summary

The Python AIML Developer at Synechron plays a pivotal role in designing developing and deploying advanced software solutions across emerging technology platforms such as mobile cloud IoT and blockchain. This position collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable high-quality technical solutions while maintaining alignment with organizational objectives. The role contributes to innovation and technological advancement helping Synechron deliver value-driven AI and machine learning capabilities.

Software Requirements

Required:

• Proficiency in programming languages principally Python; familiarity with Java or is advantageous

• Experience with mobile cloud IoT or blockchain technologies

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) practices

• Version control tools such as Git

• Project management and collaboration tools like JIRA and Confluence

Preferred:

• Experience with AI/ML frameworks or cloud AI services

• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker Kubernetes)

Overall Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and design technological solutions.

• Develop detailed technical specifications and maintain thorough documentation for new features and enhancements.

• Stay informed of emerging technology trends and proactively suggest their adoption to enhance existing solutions.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability efficiency and adherence to best practices.

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues raised by team members.

• Work closely with the testing team to guarantee solutions meet quality and performance standards.

Experience Requirements

• 4 Experience in software development with a focus on emerging technologies including mobile cloud IoT or blockchain.

• Proven ability to work within Agile teams and participate in code reviews.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering end-to-end software solutions.

• Alternative qualifications include demonstrated project portfolio or certifications related to AI/ML and related technologies.

• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
