We are hiring two Tele Callers / Lead Generators one to support the Loan Consultancy BDM and one to support the Accounting Outsourcing & Recruitment/Staffing BDM. This is a high-impact front-line role responsible for making outbound calls identifying prospects qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the Business Development Managers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases LinkedIn leads and referral lists.
Introduce company services clearly and confidently to prospects tailored to the relevant vertical (loans / outsourcing / staffing).
Qualify leads based on defined criteria and identify decision-makers (CFOs Business Owners HR Heads Finance Managers).
Schedule appointments telephonic meetings or video calls for the respective BDM.
Maintain detailed records of all calls lead status and follow-up actions in the CRM / lead tracker.
Follow up diligently with warm leads through calls WhatsApp messages and emails.
Meet daily/weekly targets for calls made connects established and qualified leads generated.
Provide feedback to the BDM on prospect objections market responses and lead quality.
Support with basic data research identifying target companies contact details and social media outreach.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Graduate in any discipline; / BBA preferred for finance-aligned roles.
1-3 years of experience in tele calling telesales lead generation or inside sales preferably in financial services staffing or B2B services.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional language proficiency is a bonus.
Confident persuasive telephone manner with the ability to handle objections professionally.
Basic computer proficiency MS Excel Google Sheets WhatsApp Business.
High energy persistence and a target-driven attitude.
Ability to quickly understand and explain financial products and professional services in simple terms.
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
Prior tele calling experience in financial services (loans insurance mutual funds) or HR/staffing firms.
Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software.
Understanding of basic financial/accounting terminology to communicate effectively with finance professionals.
