ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and revenue growth across two high-potential verticals: (1) Accounting Outsourcing Services and (2) Recruitment & Staffing in the Accounts & Finance segment. This dual-vertical role is ideal for someone with B2B sales experience in professional services and a strong understanding of the finance function in Indian businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Accounting Outsourcing Services:
- Identify and acquire clients requiring outsourced bookkeeping accounting payroll GST/TDS compliance MIS reporting relationships to ensure recurring revenue.
- Recruitment & Staffing - Accounts & Finance:
- Generate client mandates for permanent contract and temporary staffing in accounting finance taxation audit and allied roles.
- Build relationships with HR heads CFOs and business owners to position the firm as a preferred staffing partner.
- Coordinate with the internal delivery/recruitment team to ensure timely fulfilment of mandates.
- Manage client expectations negotiate commercial terms and handle key account management.
- Drive end-to-end B2B sales: prospecting pitching proposal creation negotiation and contract closure.
- Coordinate with the assigned Tele Caller to drive outbound lead generation and appointment setting.
- Leverage industry events LinkedIn referral networks co-working space and CA/CPA associations for business development.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular revenue forecasts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally for cross-selling CA Wealth Management and other firm services.

- Target SMEs startups e-commerce businesses foreign subsidiaries and growing enterprises.
- Develop and present customized outsourcing proposals and engagement models.
- Build long-term retainer-based client
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce Business Administration Finance or related field.
- 3-7 years of B2B sales/business development experience in any of: accounting outsourcing finance staffing BPO/KPO services or professional services.
- Sound understanding of accounting processes finance functions and staffing lifecycle.
- Strong consultative selling negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment with monthly KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi (regional language a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
- Prior experience selling outsourcing or staffing services to CFOs / Finance Heads.
- Understanding of Indian accounting standards GST TDS and payroll compliances.
- Existing network of HR contacts or finance leaders in StartUps/SME/mid-market companies.
