Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage career development and operational exposure for mariners
- Monitor performance progression and development gaps
- Provide coaching feedback and appraisal support
- Maintain promotable pool and recommend for assignments
- Facilitate onboarding and training coordination
- Track training ODP participation and development reviews
- Manage compliance documentation and workflows
- Monitor competency completion and performance systems
- Handle crew administration (fitness documentation conflicts)
- Act as liaison between mariners fleet operations and teams
- Collect and analyze performance feedback
- Support interviews and development programs
- Manage disciplinary actions and recognition programs
- Handle operational support and special assignments
- Monitor cost budgets and improvement initiatives
Requisites
- Bachelors degree in Marine / Maritime / Management or related field
- Experience in maritime operations / crew or personnel management
- Understanding of mariner performance and career development
- Knowledge of training and competency frameworks
- Experience in compliance and documentation processes
- Familiarity with HR/performance systems
