Job Summary

Profile:Software Support Executive-Finance-Surat-3.6 LPA

Experience:

- 1-2 years of experience in relevant field.

- Experience in accounting software (Tally / Busy / Zoho / HisabKitab)

- GST basic understanding

Salary Range: 25k to 30k

Roles:

* Handle customer queries via call WhatsApp and email
* Provide support on accounting GST and software usage
* Assist users in onboarding and initial setup
* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with tech team if required
* Guide clients on features like invoicing GST reports reconciliation etc.
* Ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction

Qualification:

* Basic knowledge of accounting ( / CA Inter preferred)
* Good communication skills (Hindi English)
* Comfortable using software and learning new tools
