Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer to build and deliver high-performance scalable mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native a deep understanding of mobile architecture and a passion for delivering seamless native-like user experiences. You will play a key role in designing developing and optimizing mobile applications in a fast-paced FinTech environment.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development

• Design develop and maintain scalable React Native applications
• Build pixel-perfect responsive UI aligned with iOS & Android standards
• Optimize app performance responsiveness and memory usage
• Implement smooth animations and transitions

Architecture & Performance

• Define and implement robust mobile architecture and reusable components
• Ensure high performance and app stability across devices
• Handle platform-specific features and native integrations when required

State & Data Management

• Implement efficient state management using Redux Toolkit Zustand or similar
• Manage API integrations caching and offline capabilities
• Ensure secure data storage and handling of sensitive information

Platform & Integration

• Work with native modules and third-party integrations
• Implement push notifications (Firebase/APNs)
• Manage app lifecycle deep linking and navigation flows

Quality & Testing

• Write unit and integration tests (Jest React Native Testing Library etc.)
• Ensure high app stability with proper error handling and crash monitoring
• Conduct cross-device and cross-platform testing

Collaboration & Leadership

• Collaborate with designers backend teams and product stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and enforce best practices
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience

• 8 years in software development
• 5 years of hands-on experience in React Native
• Proven experience building production-grade mobile applications

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in React Native React & TypeScript
• Experience with Redux Toolkit / Zustand
• Proficiency in React Navigation & deep linking
• Experience with REST APIs integration
• Hands-on experience with animations (Reanimated Gesture Handler)
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization techniques

Mobile Platform Knowledge

• Strong understanding of iOS & Android design guidelines
• Experience with push notifications (Firebase/APNs)
• Familiarity with App Store & Play Store deployment processes
• Understanding of app lifecycle permissions and device compatibility

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Expo (Managed/Bare workflows)
• Basic knowledge of Swift / Kotlin
• Experience with CodePush or OTA updates
• Familiarity with Firebase Sentry or analytics tools
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices & biometric authentication

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Attention to detail with focus on UI/UX quality
• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Ownership mindset and ability to work independently

Nice to Have

• Experience working in FinTech / high-scale applications
• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (Copilot Cursor etc.)
