Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team in Mahape Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in MIS reporting data analysis and coordination within the BFSI sector. The role requires strong communication skills and advanced proficiency in Excel for preparing reports dashboards and management insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain daily weekly and monthly MIS reports for management review
- Generate accurate data reports dashboards and performance trackers using Advanced Excel
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends discrepancies and actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for timely data collection and report submission
- Ensure data accuracy consistency and timely delivery of reports
- Support business teams with ad-hoc reports and analysis requirements
- Maintain databases and update records as per business needs
- Assist in process improvement and automation of reporting systems
- Communicate insights and updates effectively with team members and management
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP HLOOKUP Pivot Tables Pivot Charts Macros Lookup Functions MIS Dashboards Data Validation)
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work with large volumes of data
- Good understanding of MIS reporting in the BFSI industry
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in MIS / Reporting / Data Analysis
- Prior experience in BFSI industry preferred
