Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP QM Consultant who will work across Quality Management (QM) Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM) modules to ensure quality is maintained at every stage of the business processfrom raw materials to final product delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and support SAP QM (Quality Management) processes
- Manage inspection processes:
- Incoming (procurement)
- In-process (production)
- Final inspection (finished goods)
- Configure and handle quality notifications defects and root cause analysis
- Ensure seamless integration of QM with:
- MM (Materials Management) - procurement & goods receipt
- PP (Production Planning) - production & manufacturing processes
- Work with business teams to improve quality processes and compliance
- Provide support enhancements and documentation
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP QM module
- Good understanding of PP and MM processes
- Experience in QM configuration and integration with PP/MM
- Knowledge of inspection planning quality control and notifications
- Experience in implementation/support projects
