Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS to lead end-to-end OMS implementations enhancements and support initiatives. The candidate will manage cross-functional teams coordinate with business stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of Order Management solutions across retail/eCommerce ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycleIBM Sterling OMSimplementations (design build test deploy support).
• Manage project scope timelines budget and resource planning.
• Coordinate with business architecture and development teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
• Drive integrations between Sterling OMS and systems such as ERP WMS CRM POS and eCommerce platforms.
• Oversee configuration of core OMS modules: Order Capture Sourcing Inventory Visibility Fulfillment Returns.
• Ensure adherence to project governance risk management and quality standards.
• Conduct status meetings stakeholder reviews and executive reporting.
• Manage UAT SIT and production deployment activities.
• Handle client communication and vendor coordination.
• Lead post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10-15 years of IT experience with5 years in IBM Sterling OMSprojects.
• Strong understanding of Distributed Order Management Inventory Fulfillment and Returns.
• Experience managing Agile/Waterfall projects.
• Knowledge of Sterling OMS architecture configuration and customization.
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware message queues).
• Familiarity with retail/eCommerce business processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
