Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in IBM Sterling OMS to lead end-to-end OMS implementations enhancements and support initiatives. The candidate will manage cross-functional teams coordinate with business stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of Order Management solutions across retail/eCommerce ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full lifecycleIBM Sterling OMSimplementations (design build test deploy support).
Manage project scope timelines budget and resource planning.
Coordinate with business architecture and development teams for requirement gathering and solution design.
Drive integrations between Sterling OMS and systems such as ERP WMS CRM POS and eCommerce platforms.
Oversee configuration of core OMS modules: Order Capture Sourcing Inventory Visibility Fulfillment Returns.
Ensure adherence to project governance risk management and quality standards.
Conduct status meetings stakeholder reviews and executive reporting.
Manage UAT SIT and production deployment activities.
Handle client communication and vendor coordination.
Lead post-go-live support and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
10-15 years of IT experience with5 years in IBM Sterling OMSprojects.
Strong understanding of Distributed Order Management Inventory Fulfillment and Returns.
Experience managing Agile/Waterfall projects.
Knowledge of Sterling OMS architecture configuration and customization.
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs middleware message queues).
Familiarity with retail/eCommerce business processes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
