We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Financial Accounting Asset Management
In this role you will:
- The role involves overseeing the monthly and quarterly close cycles ensuring that all journal entries reconciliations and adjustments areaccurateand completed on time.
- Coordinate with the stakeholder
- Deliver monthly / Quarterly Saracen reporting
- Operational Effectiveness and Efficiencies:
- Identifyopportunities to improve efficiency and drive change initiatives.
- Enhance internal controls continuouslyseektoreengineerlocal business processes for efficiencies and cost reduction.
- Identifyopportunities for process improvement and changes implement with a view towards streamlining and rationalizing.
- Develop robust documentation of current processes to support staff training and finance team knowledge sharing.
To be successful you will:
- Bachelors degree in finance or accounting CA/CPA/ICWA (not mandatory) or MBA; candidateswith other degrees along with Tableau knowledge will be considered for the role.
- 7 years relevant work experience; less experience considered for exceptional performers.
- Candidatewith knowledge of tools like Tableau are preferred.
- Sound analyticalreportingand problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively in an environment with people at all organizational levels.
- Excellent communication skills written and oral; comfortable with interacting with the leadership.
