Job Summary
1)Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
2)Source potential candidates across PAN India through job portals and platforms like LinkedIn
3)Perform resume screening and shortlisting based on job requirements
4)Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients ensuring smooth scheduling
5)Handle multi-role and multi-industry hiring across various locations in India
6)Maintain regular candidate communication follow-ups and status updates
7)Prepare and maintain MIS reports and recruitment trackers
8)Assist in offer rollouts documentation and onboarding processes
